Plus, you can do more with it than just deep-frying, which is what most people think. You'll use this air fryer every day to cook, grill, bake, defrost or ferment vegetables, fish or meat.
With NTC electronic temperature control, you can precisely set the temperature within a range of 40-200°. Using the microswitch control, you can check on or add ingredients at any moment, with the air fryer automatically switching off when you open the basket. Thanks to the generous 4.5-litre capacity, you can easily prepare two types of food at the same time, which you can separate using the double grill. Done cooking? The high-quality non-stick coating makes it easy and quick to clean the air fryer after preparing each dish.
360° Convection Heating
The 1200-watt Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 4.5L uses 360° convection heating, so all ingredients are heated from every side. This circular airflow directs the heat straight to the core of the food, locking in the moisture and removing the fat. This means less fat and oil in your food, and therefore a healthier meal. Your food also gets a tender taste and a crispy texture. Thanks to this feature, you no longer need to flip the food during the process!
Adjustable from 40-200°
As mentioned, you set the temperature from 40°C to 200°C, making the possibilities endless. Think of defrosting food at 50°, dried meat for your pet at 60°, chicken wings at 180° or salmon at 190°. But also: making fries, roasting vegetables or even baking bread. Through the Xiaomi Home app, you get access to more than 100 smart recipes, such as healthy snacks for kids and low-fat light meals for mums.
NTC Temperature Control
The built-in NTC temperature control makes sure the temperature is precisely regulated during cooking. This prevents your dish from burning or not cooking properly due to the wrong temperature. That way, your cooking process runs effortlessly and safely.

The air fryer is compatible with Google Assistant and listens to all your voice commands.
