This model was re-released by Xiaomi in 2023 under the Joyami brand! This is the exact same model as the Mi Induction Cooker, with the same design and specifications, because it's made in the same factory.
The Xiaomi Mi Induction Cooker EU has a very high power output of 2100 watts. It's divided into 99 different heat levels for precise temperature control. You can even set the cooking temperature to your own preferences.
Classic induction cooktops can suffer from an unstable temperature. This, in turn, can lead to dishes that don't cook properly. To prevent this problem, Xiaomi equipped the Mi Induction Cooker with innovative dual-frequency heating technology to maintain a constant temperature. Thanks to this technology, you won't notice any difference from cooking on a traditional stove. Another benefit of this Induction Cooker is that you can cook at very low temperatures — the latest trend among chefs!
Press the button on the front to turn on the cooktop and turn the knob to adjust the power. In addition, the induction cooktop also has an LED display. This LED display shows various information, such as the temperature, settings, time, etc. With this button, you can also select one of five specially pre-programmed cooking modes, including steaming & cooking, simmering, Hot Pot, stir-frying or deep-frying.
Special and precise build
The cooktop uses a special silicone ring construction around the edge of the surface and has a non-slip surface. Both of these features prevent the pans you place on it from moving around unintentionally. The sensor in the center of the cooktop is in direct contact with the bottom of the pan, resulting in the most accurate heat measurement.
Thanks to the stove's compact dimensions (265 x 265 x 70 mm) and its weight of 2.5 kilograms, you can easily take the Xiaomi Mi Induction Cooker with you, for example on holiday. For the Induction Cooker, Xiaomi also opted for a beautiful minimalist white design, so you can place the device in any interior!
