This latest electric scooter from Xiaomi has a greater power output of 600 Watt compared to its predecessor, the Mi 1S Scooter. This lets you reach a top speed of 25 km/h. Even a light press on the throttle gets the scooter moving. Thanks to its climbing power, hills up to 16% are no problem at all.
The Xiaomi Mi Scooter 3 features 3 speed modes that have been evaluated by TÜV Rheinland in accordance with the EN17128 regulation. In the lowest mode, you can easily maintain the same speed as a pedestrian (5 km/h), while the normal mode gets you a speed of 20 km/h. The sport mode has a top speed of 25 km/h. The speed and mode can be read from the beautiful display in the center of the handlebar. You can easily switch between speed modes by double-pressing the power button.
Thanks to the kinetic energy recovery system (KERS), energy from braking and coasting is converted into usable electrical energy to extend the range. This lets the Xiaomi Mi Scooter 3 cover a distance of no less than 30 kilometers. In the handy Xiaomi Home App, you can see the remaining battery level and all the statistics about the distance traveled. To extend the battery's lifespan, the scooter's battery automatically goes into sleep mode when the battery level is below 30% and the scooter hasn't been switched on for 10 consecutive days.
Safe and efficient
The three-sided reflector protection ensures a safer ride. The Mi Scooter 3 has an LED taillight, as well as a large reflector light at the front and bidirectional side reflectors to increase your visibility. Combined with the front and rear lights, you'll stand out well in the dark too. In addition, the dual-pad disc brake provides a quick response, which extends the lifespan of the brake pads. The scooter has an extremely short braking distance of 4 meters — extra safe!
