The Xiaomi 70mai RC22 Rear Camera is a rear camera designed specifically as an add-on for the Xiaomi 70mai A800SE. With this camera, you can expand the dashcam into a dual-channel system that captures both the front and rear of your vehicle at the same time.
Full HD footage with a wide viewing angle
The RC22 records in Full HD at 1920 x 1080 pixels. This resolution clearly captures approaching traffic and events behind your vehicle. The viewing angle of around 130 degrees prevents the image from becoming unnaturally distorted.
HDR support at the rear
The rear camera supports HDR recording, which helps in situations with changing light conditions. Think of driving in bright sunlight, backlight or twilight. By better balancing the difference between light and dark areas, objects and vehicles behind the car remain more recognizable in a wide range of conditions.
Seamless integration with the A800SE
The RC22 works in full integration with the A800SE main camera. Once connected, the dashcam automatically recognizes the rear camera and switches to simultaneous front and rear recording. The footage is saved in sync, keeping playback clear and making it easier to reconstruct events around the car.
Support for parking monitoring
Combined with the parking monitoring features of the A800SE, the RC22 can also stay active while the car is parked. A separate Hardwire Kit keeps the dashcam powered. In the event of a collision or vibration, a recording starts automatically, capturing the rear of the vehicle as well.
Compact and discreet
The RC22 has a minimalist, compact design, so it can be placed discreetly on the rear window. The included cable of around 6 meters is long enough for a tidy installation through the interior, even in larger vehicles.
