This advanced fitness tracker features a 1.62 inch AMOLED panel of 490x192 pixels with Always On capability. This screen is 25 percent larger than that of its predecessor. The processor has also been upgraded to the latest Dialog 14706 CPU. And that's not the only thing that's growing: the battery is a size bigger too, at 180 mAh compared to the 125 mAh of the Mi Band 6. Charging is quick: in 2 hours the watch is completely full.
Thanks to its new capabilities, the Mi Band 7 lasts 14 days just like its predecessor, and 8 days with intensive use. The new software of the Xiaomi Mi Band 7 shows all kinds of new icons, animations and 100 new watch faces. These watch faces are there to save energy when the screen stays constantly on.
Go for All Your Fitness Goals
You'll use the watch, better described as a 'fitness tracker', mainly for measuring and processing fitness-related information, such as your steps and calories burned. Trust us: every fitness junkie will find everything they need in this watch: you can measure 120 sports activities (4 times as many as the Mi Band 6) and it automatically recognizes your activities. Distance and speed are measured by the Connected GPS. Going for a workout? Then it records your training load, recovery time, maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 Max), calories burned and your average heart rate.
Monitor All Your Health Statistics
A major update is the improved SpO2 meter of the Xiaomi Mi Band 7, for accurately measuring the oxygen level in your blood. If it drops below 90, it warns you with a vibration. This is especially handy for people with breathing problems or when you're at a high altitude.
In addition, the Mi Band 7 keeps an eye on your stress level and can measure your heart rate throughout the day. At night, the Mi Band 7 tracks how long you sleep, but also when and how long you were in a light or deep sleep. You can find these results back precisely afterwards in the handy app.
The Mi Band 7 shows you incoming calls and WhatsApp messages and can fully integrate with your mobile phone. And it keeps doing so even in a heavy downpour or a deep dive: the Xiaomi Mi Band 7 is waterproof and holds its own down to a whopping 50 meters underwater. A true all-rounder.
