Power for your dash cam
The Xiaomi 70mai Batterypack is specially designed to let your dashcam record up to 45 hours of extra footage in parking mode. So this device enables your dashcam's parking protection, without needing a Hardwire Kit! You charge the battery while driving via the cigarette lighter or, if you're in a bit more of a hurry, directly via the fuse box for fast charging. The battery is equipped with automatic current limiting, delayed charging start (to spare your battery during cold starts), and a smart Battery Management System that protects against overheating, short circuits, and overcharging. And it's TÜV-certified too, so safety is guaranteed!
Connect and go
The 70mai Batterypack is designed with ease of use in mind. You simply connect the battery via the cigarette lighter, as long as it only supplies power while driving, or you opt for a hardwire connection if you prefer faster charging. And connecting your dashcam is plug-and-play too: via the Type-C port or the 12 V output, depending on your setup. Thanks to the 12V output, the Battery Pack is also suitable for most other dashcam brands with parking mode wiring.
While driving, the battery charges automatically, and as soon as you park, it effortlessly takes over powering your dashcam. The result? Reliable monitoring without having to worry about a dead car battery.
Secure, flat, and safe
Where do you put a power pack like this? Under your seat or in the glovebox, for example. The battery is flat and compact (about the size of a tablet, but thicker) and comes with velcro and cable ties for sturdy, vibration-free mounting. Mount it with the wide side facing down on a flat surface, for example, and secure the cables properly. This prevents anything from coming loose while driving and keeps your installation safe and tidy.

Want to make the battery last as long as possible? Then preferably use the hardwire option for fast charging, especially if you make a lot of short trips. That way the Battery Pack is fully charged in just 60 minutes! Do you often park in busy or high-risk spots? Then choose a dashcam with lower power consumption (2W instead of 3W) so you get the maximum usage time out of it.
