The Xiaomi 70mai 4K M800 is a compact dashcam that captures more than you'd expect at first glance. The camera fits in the palm of your hand, but records in 4K with HDR and brings details back sharply, even when light and shadow alternate quickly. Thanks to the Sony STARVIS 2 sensor, you see more subtle details, colors and texture differences, even when driving in the dark. Combined with smart features like 4G, built-in storage and app control, the M800 gives you a complete and reliable picture of every drive.
4K footage with HDR
The M800 records at a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. That's more than four times sharper than 1080P. HDR helps to better handle large differences in light. You see license plates, traffic signs and small objects more clearly and with consistent colors. The recording quality stays stable, no matter your surroundings.
STARVIS 2 for day and night
On the front, the dashcam uses the Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 sensor, which captures significantly more light. This makes dark footage brighter, with less noise and softer transitions between light and dark. Combined with the rear camera (1080P RC14), you capture more details both front and back. The M800 also applies this quality in low-light situations thanks to 70mai Night Owl Vision and 70mai Lumi Vision. These technologies improve the image with dynamic exposure and noise reduction when driving in the dark.
Compact and sturdy design
The Xiaomi 70mai M800 takes up little space and keeps your windshield clear. Despite its small size, the housing is built to handle high temperatures. The ventilation structure and thermal coating dissipate heat quickly, so the dashcam keeps working reliably even in hot weather.
Smart features for the road
With the optional 4G kit, you stay connected to your car through the app at all times. You can see live footage, easily locate your car and receive notifications when something happens. The built-in eMMC storage is more reliable than separate memory cards and lasts longer. Your files stay readable and unexpected recording stops are a thing of the past.
Thanks to GPS and ADAS, you can review your routes afterwards and receive notifications while driving. Voice control helps you operate functions without having to take your hands off the wheel. You start recordings or control Wi-Fi through voice commands, while the dashcam relays notifications about settings or errors.
Fast connection and smart recording
Thanks to Wi-Fi over 5 GHz, you download footage to the app at up to 40 MB/s. The dashcam also supports timelapse and 24-hour monitoring. In parking mode, recording starts automatically when motion is detected and footage is temporarily buffered, so the seconds surrounding an event are saved as well.
In case of an impact, the camera starts emergency recording and the entire clip is preserved. This feature makes the M800 suitable for situations where you need reliable footage.
